At Nook, our fit classes are designed for everybody and every level. Whether you’re an advanced yogi, a Pilates beginner, a postpartum mama rebuilding strength, or looking for functional workouts that energize and empower, there’s something here for you.

 

Our carefully curated team of trainers is among the best in the city each bringing expert backgrounds in fitness, movement and postpartum support. Classes are capped at 10 to ensure every workout feels safe and personal.
